The Engine Control Unit / ECU with OEM/reference numbers 33920-66K21, 33920-66K22, and FI92-141 is a factory-type ECU for the Suzuki Cervo (such as HG21S or similar models) equipped with the K6A (≈ 660 cc kei-class) engine.
