EU Right of Withdrawal

At AutoMan Spare Parts, we respect the consumer rights of customers in the European Union. If you are an EU consumer and you purchase eligible goods from our online store, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving the final item in your order, without giving any reason.

When the withdrawal period starts

For eligible physical goods, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a person chosen by you, receives the final item in your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you may request cancellation before dispatch through the same online order/return function.

How to withdraw from your order

To withdraw from your purchase, please follow these steps:

Sign in using the same email address used for your order.
Select the order or item you want to cancel or return.
Submit your withdrawal request with your name, order number, and product details.
Wait for our email confirmation and return instructions.

You may also contact us for support, but the online withdrawal function is the fastest way to submit your EU withdrawal request.

Return condition for auto spare parts

Returned parts must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received. Items should be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned with all labels, warranty seals, packaging, accessories, and any documents supplied with the product.

Because AutoMan Spare Parts sells automotive parts, including used, genuine, refurbished, and electronic spare parts, we may inspect returned items before completing the refund. Parts that are damaged, installed incorrectly, programmed, coded, tampered with, water-damaged, physically damaged, or returned with broken warranty seals may not qualify for a full refund.

Items that may not be eligible

Some items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal or may not be returnable depending on their condition and applicable law. This may include:

Custom-programmed, specially ordered, or personalized parts
Electronic parts, ECUs, modules, or control units that have been installed, programmed, coded, opened, altered, or tampered with
Items damaged by the buyer, installer, mechanic, or third party
Items with broken, removed, or damaged warranty seals
Products that cannot be returned for safety, legal, or hygiene reasons
Items returned after the applicable withdrawal or return period

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, defective, or wrongly supplied.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty, defective, or wrongly supplied by AutoMan Spare Parts, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We will provide return instructions after receiving your withdrawal or return request.

Please do not send any item back without submitting a withdrawal or return request first, as this may delay processing.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For EU withdrawal requests, refunds will be processed in line with applicable EU consumer law.

Refunds may be reduced where the returned item has lost value because it was used, installed, damaged, programmed, coded, tampered with, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error, a faulty item, or a wrongly supplied item.

Faulty, defective, or wrong item received

If you received a faulty, defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, photos, and any relevant diagnostic report or proof. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a refund, replacement, or other suitable resolution according to our return and refund policy.
